Week 11 (Consultation Week)

WEEK 11 (15.6.2023) 

Week 11 is a consultation week. Mr Fauzi first briefed us about Project 3, E-portfolio and Project 4, Animation: Self-titled. For Project 3, it is a weekly progress of our DPI classes, we should include our lectures, exercises, projects and more in our blog. We had to keep updating until the end of the semester, which is Week 14. For Project 4, it is a progress by progress work, we have to use Adobe Animate Effects that we learned last week and apply it on our work in Project 4 after finishing the idea development and come out with the poster.

2. Project 2: Photoshop exercises & Conceptual Product Photoshoot
3. Final Project: Cinemagraphs - Self-tilted (still & animation)

Project 4 - Animation: Self-titled

Timeframe: WEEK 9 - WEEK 14
Duration: 15 second
Output: .MOV or .MP4 less than 20MB
Size: 1080 x 1920 px (I.G reel/ story size)

Idea Development: 5 marks (WEEK 10)
Design Direction: 5 marks (WEEK 11)
Execution and Post Production: 10 marks (WEEK 12)
Animation & Finishing: 10 marks (WEEK 13)

Project 4 Progress

I did some researches and found some inspirations from Pinterest. I saved them into my Pinterest Board for DPI. While doing researches in Pinterest, I realised that there are a lot of different styles that I can approach when creating this self-titled poster.
